Welcome to second grade. Hi. My name is Yvonne Hoops. My husband and I live on a farm northwest of Byron. We have three children. During my free time, I love to work in my flower garden and raise calves.
I have been involved in teaching for the past 32 years...most of them in second grade. I enjoy the trusting hearts and smiling faces that greet me each morning. I have the pleasure of expanding and nurturing the minds of each of my students by creating an atmosphere that enhances a positive attitude towards learning. We have fun as we learn. There is never a dull moment in our classroom. Thank you for sharing your children with me.
