Titans JV Boys Win Two

The Thayer Central Titans junior varsity boys got back on the winning track last week as they won two games. The Titans defeated Centennnial 37-21, and Cross County 49-36. With the wins, the Titans record now stands at 7 wins against 7 losses for the season.
Against Centennial, the Titans were led by Freshman Macaulay Mumm and Kalen Wenske. Mumm led all Titans scorers with 11 points, while Wenske added 9. Junior Dylan Long added 6 points, while sophomore Brayden Hergott hit for 4 point. Long led all rebounders with 10 rebounds while Mumm added 6. Hergott led the Titans with three assists.
Against Cross County, the Titans were led by junior Kesston Fink and freshman Kalen Wenske with 8 points each. Freshman Macaulay Mumm added 8 and 3 steals, and junior Dylan Long and sophomore Brayden Hergott added 6 points each. Junior Andrew Craig added 4 rebounds and 4 assists. Hergott led all Titans with 6 assists.
