FCCLA District #10 Stars

Eight members of the Thayer Central Community School attended the FCCLA District #10 Stars contest held at the Bruning-Davenport Middle School in Davenport on Wednesday, January 27th. Student's participating who received Gold's were Tarryn Tietjen in Illustrated Talk and Morgan Fangmeier in Recycle & Design. Those receiving Silver were Jessica Dutton & Kelsey Mumm in Focus on Children, and Lindsay Welch & Maurcia Eshom in Health & Wellness. Those receiving Bronze were Justene Corning & Olga Merida Herrera in Family Challenges & Issues. Tarryn & Morgan will compete at the State Leadership Conference in Lincoln on April 12th & 13th.
