Bike Rodeo

There will be a bike safety event held at the Thayer Central Intermediate School on Thursday, May 3rd from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.  The event will be sponsored by Public Health Solutions, the Hebron Police Department and State Farm Insurance.  The bike rodeo is a fun activity designed to teach kids how to ride safely.  One of the main goals is to educate students and family on the importance of wearing a bike helmet and biking safely.  The rodeo will feature bike inspections, safety course stations, and information about bike safety.  Each Thayer Central Pre K - 6th grade student is invited to come with their bike, AND receive a FREE bike helmet.
