This is the time of year when the winter blues can hit. Talk to a loving, trusted adult at home, school, church or in your community.   Thayer Central offers mental health counseling for school aged children provided by ESU 5 staff Jen McNally, MA, LIMHP.  Contact Kathy Brzon for more information.
