Quiz Bowl Champs

Congratulations to the 8th grade "Gold" quiz bowl team for winning the Pike Valley (KS) Scholar's Bowl. The team of Jarrod Bantam, Cole Harris, Rachel Johnson, Caryn Friesen, and Ben Hintz.beat 7 other teams in the round robin event. This was their second consecutive Pike Valley title.
A second 8th grade team of Heath Fink, Rachael Fangmeier, Bailey Linton, Tyler Hergott and Rachel Heitmann brought home a 4th place finish.
The next junior high quiz bowl competition is April 12 at Seward.
