Students putting their computational thinking, engineering and programming skills to work.

Thayer Central hosted a Science Exploration Day for all students in kindergarten through sixth grade.  The goal of this fun packed day was to promote interest and thoughtful engagement in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

There were six different stations that the students experienced.  They were the Star lab, Eyeball/worm Discovery, Hoverbowl, Vortex Cannons, Sphero Challenge and Straw Rockets.  The stations were managed by Mr. Havel, Mr. Larson and our ESU Science staff.
