After a Covid-shortened season in 2020, the Thayer Central quiz bowl teams were able to complete their season this year.
At the elementary level, the Thayer Central 5th grade team brought home the runner-up medals and the 6th grade team finished in 4th place at the Freeman Elementary Invite.
At the junior high level, the 8th grade team finished as runner-up in the ESU 5 contest and later earned a 4th place at the Lawrence Nelson meet.
High school quiz bowlers finished in 4th place at the ESU 5 contest and 5th place at the Lawrence Nelson meet.
