Thayer Central Community Schools

Elementary Principal, Kurk Wiedel, was presented a plaque for being the 2021-2022 Region 1 Elementary Principal of the Year.  Region 1 covers 18 different counties in Nebraska including Lancaster County and all of Lincoln Public Schools.  NCSA or Nebraska Council of School Administrators is an organization of more than 2,000 school administrators who serve Nebraska schools working to develop excellence in educational leadership.  Congratulations to Mr. Wiedel!
