Seniors participated in virtual mock interviews today.

Thayer Central Elementary hosted the school Champion of Champions SE Nebraska Speech contest on March 9th with eleven 5th/6th grade students competing. The topic this year was - "Our State - What Makes Nebraska a Great State?"
Congrats to all of the students on a job well done.

The state track schedule has been updated and released. Class C boys and girls will run Friday and Saturday, May 21-22. Both days will being at 9am.

Miss Saathoff's Kindergarten class played subtraction bowling today to help make equations. Of course we had to call in the bowling expert Mr. Wiedel to help us out.

Today Titan esports traveled to Amherst for their invite tournament! Was a great day and a lot of fun for these kids to get out of town and compete with others face to face! our Super Smash, Varsity #1 team placed 5th out of 26 teams!

The 6th Grade has enjoyed the beautiful weather at noon recess this week. Spring fever has definitely set in with the 6th graders!


Sophomore English got a condolence letter today from Massachusetts because their favorite character died. Check this art out! They also received letters from California and Scotland.

The FFA Boosters met last night with 10 members present. New officers are Deb Bulin-president, Amanda Cast-VP, Staci Hergott-sec/treas. Fundraising was discussed. The next meeting will be in June. If you would like to join us or need more information - contact Deb Bulin.
