Emma Richardson won the SkillsUSA Design contest for the 2024 Veterans Day Ornament. There were 35 designs in the contest. These were cut out and presented to veterans at the Thayer Central Veterans Day Program on Monday
The following received Quilts of Valor at our Veterans Day Program: Jeff Percival, Anthony Modlin, Gary Graves, and Raymond Graves.

The Crete Choral Clinic was held on Thursday, November 7th with 12 Thayer Central singers participating. They sang under the direction of Dr. Runestad from Doane University and performed 5 pieces at a concert that evening. There was even some audience singing! Way to go Titans!

National Honor Society held its induction ceremony on Tuesday, November 5. The ceremony began with the eight current members naming an honorary member that has been an inspiration in their lives. The ceremony continued with ten juniors being inducted as new members.
