The 2nd graders have finished their Ancient Asian Civilizations as a part of the Amplify Reading Program. Miss Wiedel's 2nd graders enjoyed making an art project with their first names in "simple" Chinese characters. What a creative crew! October 17, 2024

Kindergarten just wrapped up their Knowledge Unit on the Five Senses! Today we had a "Five Senses Carnival and Circus" to practice using our senses. For the sense of "touch" we played carnival games, while using our sense of "hearing" to listen to carnival music, for the sense of "smell" we painted pictures with scented paint, for "sight" we watched a circus performance while we used our sense of "taste" to eat our circus snacks! We even had a circus clown make balloon animals!!

The high school 8 to Great groups met together on Thursday. Continuing with the "Be the Light" theme started with the fall athletes, each student said something they were thankful for, then turned on their light, until the whole Event Center was lit up.
