Students in Mrs. Wits Intro to Business class recently completed their food truck projects. They created a logo, menu and physical trucks.
Students in JH/HS voted on their favorite truck based on menu options, truck design, and pitch by truck owners. Results are below:
1st place: Sam Souerdyke with Early Eats Express, a breakfast truck.
2nd: Lilyana Watson with Sushi on Wheels, a mobile sushi truck.
3rd: Ava Stierlen with Ava's Pasta Palace, an Italian truck.
4th: Ayden Schloendorn with Patty Wagon, a burger truck.
5th: James Bonar with Presidents Palate, featuring favorite foods of past presidents.
6th: Erica Kolar with Perk Up Coffee Truck, a mobile drink truck.
Mrs Bulin's 1st hour Algebra class had a Math Snowball Fight with Miss Wiedel's 2nd grade. Students had to answer math questions that were on snowballs. Fun way to practice math!

Congratulations to the Cheer team yesterday for competing at the Heartland Championships in Lincoln! They have been working hard and brought home 4th in the C2/D Non-Tumbling division and 5th in the C2 Game Day division.

Ms. Allyson Kort graduated from Meridian High School and is a current student at UNO. She will be student teaching in Mrs. Lukert's junior high and high school math classroom this semester.
