The following information is for parents/guardians of children wanting to play youth football with the Thayer County Thunder this year. It is open to children in Grades 4 to 6. Equipment Check out is this Friday (July 28th) at the Activities Building in Deshler.



Thayer Central Football was honored today with recognition for their academic success last school year. We're proud of all of our student athletes and can't wait to build on that this year. Congrats Titans!

The 2023 Thayer Central Volleyball Team will be hosting a volleyball camp for players entering grades 2-8 on August 1-2. Camp forms are due on Monday, July 24th.

Hebron Summer Rec will be starting a fall soccer league. Currently teams will be coming from Deshler, Hebron, and Superior. The form is attached and can be returned to the Hebron City Office by August 7th

The Elementary and Secondary MTSS Teams Spent Monday Working With NeMTSS (Nebraska Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Members Scott Eckman and Heidi Farmer! It Was A Great Day Of Learning That Will Assist Us In Providing Supports To Students And Staff This School Year!

10th-12th Grade Students: Volunteers are still needed for 4th of July activities on Tuesday. If interested please email Mrs. Lukert. Your service will count toward your volunteer hours for the fall semester.


PARENTS: The school now has chocolate milk and an uncrustable available after weights. If your student would want to participate in the program, the cost is $40 for the rest of summer. Payments need to be made by the end of this week (Friday, June 30th). Payments can either be brought up to weights or dropped off at the office during business hours. Free and reduced qualifications will be honored.
