TCCS will continue with a 10am late start this morning. Please give yourself a little extra time. There are still some slick spots on the roads and in town but roads are being treated. Bus routs will run as usual. Please contact the office if you have difficulty getting to school. Thank you!
Due to freezing rain TCCS will have a 10am late start on Tuesday, March 26. No AM Preschool or morning activities. The ACT test is postponed, all Juniors will report to school. Elementary trips to Reading Rally will be postponed. Thank you and have a good evening.
Miss Wiedel's 2nd graders were so happy to enjoy many good books during the reading challenge. They earned 354.5 points or $88.63. These Titans used their outstanding reading skills to read lots of incredible books. Way to go!

Great Performance Of "Go West" Tonight By Our 5th And 6th Grade Students!
We are so close to earning our goal, a second water well system for a village. If able, please send a few coins to school with your child so they can place it in our Wishing Well as we celebrate World Water Day on March 22nd.
Our preschoolers worked together all week to create ponds! We added fish, turtles, ducks and frogs. We are definitely ready for some fishing and frog catching.

High school Art students got a day in Lincoln to visit the Sheldon Art museum and the Eisentrager Howard Art gallery in Richards hall. Students were engaged in discussing works of art with their guides and got a good look at the art college while there!
Thayer Central Track athletes who achieved personal best marks at the Coaches Legacy Invite. Improvements were made to over 50 marks
The 8th grade quiz bowl team had a great day with a 3rd place finish at the Lawrence Nelson Invite.
